VESSAC Warranty
VESSAC offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects related to the structure of the piece and its metal plating, subject to the conditions described in this policy.
What Is Covered by the Warranty
- Manufacturing defects that compromise the use of the piece;
- Issues with clasps, posts, backs, or fastening mechanisms;
- Plating defects characterized by uniform loss of the finish;
- Defects identified within the warranty period and confirmed through our technical evaluation.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
- Drops, impacts, dents, or breakage;
- Improper use or incorrect storage;
- Contact with perfumes, lotions, alcohol, cleaning products, chemicals, or abrasive substances;
- Frequent exposure to seawater, swimming pools, chlorine, or other external agents that may accelerate the natural wear of the plating and finishes;
- Color changes, oxidation, or wear resulting from skin pH, perspiration, medications, hormonal treatments, supplements, cosmetics, health conditions, or other individual biological factors;
- Scratches, signs of wear, and natural aging resulting from regular use;
- Pieces modified, adjusted, or repaired by third parties;
- Loss of components, stones, earring backs, or other elements resulting from improper use.
Important
- Every individual has unique biological characteristics. Factors such as skin pH, perspiration, medications, hormonal treatments, supplements, cosmetics, and health conditions may influence the durability of the plating and may cause color changes or oxidation. These situations are considered individual reactions and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
- For warranty purposes, a plating defect is defined as uniform loss of the finish. Localized wear caused by use, friction, or external factors is not considered a manufacturing defect.
International Warranty Claims
Any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or transportation expenses related to a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty service may only be provided after the piece has been received and evaluated by VESSAC's technical team in Brazil.
