How do international exchanges and returns work?

For orders shipped to the United States, returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was sent.
If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style or finish, both the return shipping to Brazil and the new international shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
