DELIVERY POLICY

At VESSAC, we carefully prepare each order in Brazil and ship worldwide through trusted international carriers.

Delivery times vary according to the destination country, shipping method selected at checkout, customs procedures, and local logistics conditions.

All estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and begin after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this calculation.

IMPORTANT

The delivery estimate displayed at checkout refers exclusively to transportation time after the order has been dispatched.

The day of purchase is not included in the delivery estimate. Orders may require additional time for payment verification, order processing, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation before being handed over to the carrier.

For products identified as PRE-ORDER, shipping will follow the date informed in the product description. In these cases, the estimated shipping date should be considered the starting point for the selected delivery method.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All international shipments include tracking and insurance coverage whenever available through the selected carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

After shipment, you will be able to monitor your order using the tracking number provided by email.

Tracking information may also be available through your customer account on our website, when applicable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

VESSAC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import inspections, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR SHIPPING ISSUE

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package before accepting it.

If the package shows signs of damage, tampering, or visible shipping issues, we recommend refusing the delivery whenever possible and contacting our team immediately through the WhatsApp available on our website.

If the order is accepted under these conditions, any claim related to shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the packaging and product.

After this period, it may not be possible to determine whether the damage occurred during transportation, and the situation will be evaluated in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS

During periods of increased shipping volume, such as holidays, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, or year-end celebrations, delivery times may be extended by carriers and customs authorities.

In these situations, our team will closely monitor the shipment and keep you informed whenever necessary.
