What is VESSAC's warranty?

All VESSAC pieces include a 12-month international warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the structure of the piece and its plating, subject to our technical evaluation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, improper use, normal wear, contact with chemicals, or changes resulting from individual biological factors such as skin pH or perspiration.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. On average, international orders are delivered within 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.

During peak periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, and other holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended due to higher shipping volumes handled by carriers.

How do returns and exchanges work?

For international orders, returns are accepted only in the situations covered by our international policy, such as manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
