Exchanges, Returns & International Orders

At VESSAC, every piece is carefully designed in Brazil using high-quality materials, combining contemporary design with elegant finishing.

If you are placing an order outside Brazil, please read the following international order policy carefully.


1. EXCHANGES – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

VESSAC does not cover international exchange costs.

If you wish to exchange an item (for size, style, or personal preference):

• All return shipping costs to Brazil are the responsibility of the customer.
• The cost of the new international shipment will also be the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer automatic direct exchanges. The item must first be returned and approved by our team before a new purchase can be made.

Conditions Required for Exchange Approval

• The item must show no signs of wear or use.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and protective materials.
• It must be securely packaged for international transportation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.


2. RETURNS – EUROPEAN UNION 🇪🇺

For customers located within the European Union, VESSAC respects the right of withdrawal in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Customers may cancel their purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn.
• The item must be in perfect condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Charges

VESSAC does not reimburse:

• Customs duties.
• Import taxes.
• Customs clearance fees.
• International shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected at our facility in Brazil.


3. RETURNS – UNITED STATES 🇺🇸

For customers located in the United States, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Verified manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect item shipped by VESSAC.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or style selection.

If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or model:

• All return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• VESSAC does not cover international transportation expenses.


4. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Claims related to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

The customer must:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide detailed photos of the item.
• Await technical evaluation by our team.

Once a manufacturing defect has been confirmed, we may offer:

• A replacement item; or
• Store credit for a future purchase; or
• A refund of the product value.

Important

Natural variations in stones, pearls, colors, textures, or handcrafted finishing details are part of the character of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.


5. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

VESSAC is not responsible for:

• Customs duties.
• Import taxes.
• Customs clearance fees.
• Local taxes or charges imposed by the destination country.

These costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused by customs authorities or if the required duties and taxes are not paid, VESSAC is not responsible for issuing a refund.


6. FINAL PROVISIONS

VESSAC reserves the right to refuse any exchange, return, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
